I am one of those that usually gets OOTP religiously every year, but I failed to last year (to my shame!)

I have purchased OOTP25 and I was shocked when I imported my old season (fictional league). The ratings system (especially for relievers) seems to have changed a ton. Where I had a lot of 70-80 out of 80 relievers before in my league, now there are only a handful.



Is there a reason or rational for how everything got rescouted? I have a few top prospects that are no longer top prospects. I had a guy who was an 80 OVR that I was bringing up to be my next legendary closer and now he's a 50 OVR. I had spent top draft picks on guys who were 80/80 potential and now they're like 40/80.


I'm not saying I don't like how it's changed the landscape of the league (i do), but I'm a little bummed that my minor league system is now trash comparatively. I apologize if this is something that was covered in OOTP24 or something everyones knows about. I have been away from the game for roughly 15 months and am just getting back into it
