they changed display of ratings recently, so we can see more 45 - 55 players and see less 60+ players now. Think about draft pools in old OOTP version, they inflation pretty quickly after around 4-5 years.
also I believe they changed contact/stuff calculation formula.
It's pretty more realistic and looks good but I also think they should adjust details for RP/CP too. because there will be no 65+ RP/CP in MLB after few years start game. you know, still someone should get 70 - 80 score in a league.

It looks little weird ,even if it was scouted as SP, changes of movement and control ratings are. how about other pitchers in league? have they changed similarly?
