Scouting Focus?
My scout finds and signs international players, but one of my scouts always finds pitchers, so my international complex is mostly pitchers. Does the scout have a focus besides 'favored tools...ect" or is the selection random? Therefore, what I am seeing is just a random selection and just happens to be pitchers?
