I also had a thought... The similarity to the stars of the Fallout show to the new Star Wars (Episodes 7-9). I can't unsee it now:
Lucy = Rey - Girl with skills but isolated from the "real world"
Maximus = Finn - Rogue soldier
Ghoul = Kylor Ren - Battling with inner turmoil of good vs evil
