Game 1: The Rays' great start to 2055 continued as what was a close game in the early-mid innings became a 9-2 blowout of Boston as they kept tacking on runs. Phil Weststrom's second Rays start was not very good (3 9 5 5 1 5) with Adan Guardado picking up his 3rd relief win already and Danny Sanchez converting his 2nd save as the new-look bullpen has been outstanding so far.

Team record: 9-1. Yes, the Yankees finally lost but just once so the teams are tied atop the AL East. Next up: Our first road trip of the year begins with 3 in Baltimore.
