Also with this recent resurgence of the Franchise, Vault 81 is a location I find myself liking quite a bit. For the purposes of your Dynasty I always rated them below-average, probably the team interplay bias nothing story wise bias, but I think I've warmed up again to them recently because they're one of the most 'out of the box' nice settlements to live in.

I was a but surprised they lost their series, but things can happen in baseball. I have no doubt they will be back in contention again next season. However, many of their stars will be 30 or older in 2309:
