Hello devs, thanks for having this forum, I'm DESPERATELY trying to find an answer for this.

The problem is this: Whenever I start a custom league, whether it's a specific format or an import league, and I import non-NHL teams, I get an issue where the budget is so low I cannot sign any players. In short, go to the Annual Budget for almost any team and you'll find what looks like a per-player budget of $110,000, give-or-take. I ran the creation draft (auto-CPU) and only one team (Minnesota) even drafted players.

I went to the Free Agent Center to try to sign a half-star player with a contract demand of $500K. I was told my budget was too low to meet his demand. Keep in mind, my roster is empty and $44M cap space.
