I took a shot. Had to dig a bit to get some info and I do not think I'm 100% accurate. I had to make some educated guesses on some of the patches and sponsors. Also the epaulets on the shoulders are supposed to be Korean Military but as of what branch and rank etc, I'm not sure exactly what I used.
