Osaka Otters, but here is another option that is, um, pretty close to an existing team.
The hard-luck rivals of the Tokyo Blossoms, they adopted a black cat as their mascot. I used these images before, for the Baltimore Ferals, but I think they work better for this Osaka team. (I will just have to make myself a new Baltimore team
)
