Summary

Ratings based on historical data will not produce historical output for players or for the league totals.
Ratings with output adjusted by historically based LTMs will not produce historical output for players or league totals.
Ratings combined with LTMs that are tested and adjusted will produce historical output for league totals and for individual players if the talent in the league matches historical talent.
If the talent in the league does not match historical then historical league totals take precedence over historical player output.
