I didn't use a certain era's stats. I believe I went with default when I started the league, so the Historical Year in the settings is literally 2309. I'm actually afraid to know what typical scores might be if I had the DH. (Spoiler: there are no intentions of adding the DH to the CBO--in Fallout land, that seems to be so foreign! Only Commies want a DH!
