Hit by pitch, followed by player charging the mount is not resulting in a ejection of the pitcher and the batter.

This issue is still in OOTP25, when using historical league with random players.

What is really strange is, that if you have minors set up, players in the minors do get ejected on a fight after a HBP, but not in the majors.

In the example above, in back to back half innings, both pitchers are hit and charge the mound, and both stay in the game.
