If you take your screen resolution of 3840x2160 and apply the 300% zoom you get 1280x720. The height of 720 is below the minimum height of 768, so the game canīt be displayed correctly.
The only way for you to fix it is to lower the zoom, e.g. to 200% (250% might work as well, not sure).
