I have created super leagues before. However, they were not set up in OOTP 25. Still, I think Baconi got this right.
Have lots of teams in the NC feeder and fewer teams in the general USA feeder. Allowing international players to generate could delete the need for a feeder league for international players, but I am not sure if that would be accomplished in the draft or the general international discoveries and free agency.
For the playoffs and common draft, create a league association.
