Two ways and it depends on how many players you want to do this to and how lazy you are.
The lazy way is to save the whole league he's in as a template. Delete everyone and everything else and import into new game.
This is only ideal if importing a massive number of players.
Otherwise export the rosters as a .csv file find Josh with the ratings you want and copy or save all his info. Then in the new game, import Josh and edit him with exporting and importing the rosters.
This way you can easier edit multiple players with copy/paste.
