If you're the same guy who posted on the subreddit I've put a lengthier response there. Though, why did you change the data path if all you wanted to do was add photos to your game? That's the second time someone has done that and had an issue but it's not necessary to change that if you want to add photos - that is only used to change the entire location of all files in the save games.
In order to get rid of that error, I
think it's to do with the path.cfg file located in the same directory as this screenshot - I would delete that and then restart the game and see if that changes it. I'd recently helped someone else with this issue and that was something that was hindering their progress with it too, so it's worth a try.
also, are you using OneDrive?
