On a happy, well performing team with good leadership it's not going to move the needle. I am not a fan of high financial ambition players as they tend to ask for more money than they deserve, also I feel that at least in my saves low work ethic and low intelligence guys don't develop and learn positions well enough. I might consider a greedy, lazy and dumb player if he is a really valuable asset. Anyway, I don't think you should be concerned, just go and check your team's chemistry page, see if this move might tip the scales. Likely it won't.
