Player Development
For the player development settings is it better to focus on strengths or weaknesses? The AI seems to focus on strengths, (good fielders will have the defense slider up high). My instinct is to focus on weaknesses (If a guy has a low eye rating I want him to work on that. I guess my real question is can a players high ratings fall if I don't emphasize it.
