If your team is winning you can have a clubhouse full of these types and you’ll be fine. Once you stop, though, if you stop, you’d better keep these guys happy or else move them or you’ll bring the whole team down. That said, someone can give them deals and sometimes stars have bad personalities you can learn to live with. I’m reminded of Manny Ramirez but the super massive HR hitter in my game has a Disruptive personality; his team learns to live with it because it comes with 65 HRs a year.
