For good events, maybe next season have Nate introduce "Talent Waivers". Yes, we have a robust development system for baseball, but the wasteland is still the wasteland. Gems in the rough will be missed. Have a 5 star player (older) discovered and allowed to sign directly with a team (though as part of the Talent Waiver system, institute fairness somehow, such as no two such signings can be for the same team back to back, or even a longer rotation, etc). Represents that there are folks out there who might be the next big thing but have just never been given the chance, even though everyone's doing their best to bring back America's passtime.

For the second idea, I think it is perfect! Since I do not allow foreigners in the dynasty, I could simulate prospect finds like the international scouting finds work. I already have the storyline set up since I wrote about Nate Howard looking to expand throughout New England. This will work perfectly in the coming expansion of the minors, colleges, and youth leagues. I have an update due, but I rolled two max events for May. I could make supermax events equal superstar find (70-80 current), max events CBO possible (40-69), med events upper potential (50-80), and min events lower potential (20-49). Thanks!
For the bad event, I already have retirements as a possibility in effect for the incidents roll. In fact, one of the Starlight relievers just up and quit since the last update. I have rolls for incidents and creature attacks for how serious they are, even up to death. There was one natural roll for death.
