If you are on Windows go to this directory:
%UserProfile%\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 25\saved_games
and rename the TemplateRosters_[accname].tr (where [accname] is the PT account name) directory to something different.
You can open the directory by pressing the windows key and pasting this:
