CBO Analysis
The 2310 expansion season has come to an end of its 130-game schedule, and we are looking to a thrilling playoff lineup with the expanded playoffs to six teams. Before we look at the teams, let's take a look at the records that fell in 2310.
Individuals: New Record / Previous Record
Games played: 130 - 10 players / 121
At-bats: Jake Doucette, Jamaica Plain - 537 / Aesed Hayjen - 534 - 2305
Runs: Barker Cocoa, University Point - 150 / Barker Cocoa - 148 - 2309
Singles: Atai Molec, Bunker Hill - 144 / Jake Doucette - 139 - 2309
Walks: Barker Cocoa, University Point - 162 / Barker Cocoa - 144 - 2303
Losses: Danny Machart, Cambridge - 24 / David Coocoo - 23 - 2304
Starts: Isaiah Swindler, The Slog - 35 / Cleveland Heep - 33 - 2309
Complete Games: Paul Stains, Diamond City - 14 / 4 players - 11 - Last in 2309
Innings: Paul Stains, Diamond City - 270.0 / Beachboy Nut - 244.0 - 2308

Pitching WAR: Paul Stains, Diamond City - 8.93 / Beachboy Nut - 8.57 - 2305
Now let's look at the final standings and break down the outlooks for each team.
NCA
1. Nordhagen Beach
2. Bunker Hill
3. Sunshine Tidings
4. The Slog (wins the season series over County Crossing 6-4)
5. County Crossing
6. Starlight
We thought there might be drama, but the 3-6 seeds suddenly distanced themselves enough from Salem and Easy Town to ensure that the top six seeds stayed mostly the same. We see the two league winners, Nordhagen Beach and Bunker Hill, as teams we have a hard time seeing any other team besting them. The Party Boys and 75ers represented the NCA in the past three Sole Survivor Series, and they met in the NCA Championship Series last year.
For the wildcard teams, they seem to be about where they should be based on how they looked all season. With that said, we think the Killers have just as good a chance as any wildcard to make it to the Sole Survivor Series. Realistically, though, we think Sunshine Tidings and County Crossing will be in the NCA Semifinals.
SCA
1. Roxbury
2. Quincy
3. Vault 81
4. Oberland
5. University Point
6. Egret
The Rad Sox seemed like the best team for a good part of the season, faded away later, and then surged at the end to surpass Vault 81. he Dwellers have to enter the playoffs disappointed thinking they would have home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Quincy held on to best University Point by one game. That gives the Gunners a chance to rest and prepare for the next round, while the Deathclaws will have a tough battle with Oberland.
We like every team in the playoffs with some definitive strengths and limited weaknesses. The Sox seem to be the most complete team, but any of the six teams have a chance to go all the way.
CBO Standings
CBO Draft Preview
OSA scouts love to view the amateurs and try to predict what teams may do in the early parts of the draft. Scouts predict that the Top 10 picks will all be position players, so let's take this time to list the Top 10 and then look at OSA's top three players per position.
Top 10 based on expected draft order - * indicates college player:
1. LF Alchemist Hall, New Bedford - Scouts see his potential to be a .350 hitter each season, an annual batting champion contender.
2. C Red Jay Jones, Beantown - Expected to be a rare cleanup catcher, able to hit for average and power and likely to be intentionally walked at a high clip.
3. 1B Tony Quarterly*, Winthrop College - Power hitter who will punish fastballs over the plate. Will strikeout often against off-speed pitches.
4. CF Natick Inhousing, Lexington - Great ability to get the bat on the ball in all situations. Has power but may not need it to be successful.
5. RF Naga Arakaki, Concord - Power. Pure power. Hit 20+ home runs all four seasons with the Iceboys.
6. 2B Trog Alderod, Seekonk - Power-hitting second baseman, something rare in the CBO. Needs to improve his bat overall.
7. SS Gav Indigree, Plymouth - A potential gem. Can play anywhere on the field well, which means he should probably be a SS. Could be an elite hitter in time, but for now will get hits galore at whatever level he plays.
8. CF Jay Gabby, Wellfleet - Jumped in talent for his junior year and maintained that high level of production. Good combination of hitting for average and power with enough speed to scare teams on the base paths, too.
9. CF Keepuh Knockin, Andrew Station - One of the first potential over production ranks. Has great speed but gets poor jumps on steal attempts. Can hit well but his best asset is to wait for his pitch and rarely swinging at bad pitches, which should help his OBP.
10. 2B Glove Payton, Harwich - Very patient hitter who can knock balls where fielders are not. Projects to be a key piece to a team.
Top 3 per projected position:
SP: 21 - Chase Seashores, 27 - Tarzan Rogers, 29 - Scooter Yaghmour
C: 2 - Red Jay Jones, 45 - Sparky Henderson, 46 - Wahoo Crawford
1B: 3 - Tony Quarterly, 11 - McMack Bingham, 18 - Nikolay Hansen
2B: 6 - Trog Alderod, 10 - Glove Payton, 14 - Nippy Ben Nippolt
3B: 17 - Johntel Lechea, 22 - Roo Kid Cunningham, 28 - Huck McFarland
SS: 7 - Gav Indigree, 19 - G.B. Means, 36 - Cyclone Bentancourt
LF: 1 - Alchemist Hall, 12 - Javen the Raven Coleman, 38 - Shad the Lad Lambisky
