For example, here is a list of L/R splits for 40 players, the only filter is age < 25 and overall > 50 (to have it be good players and one primarily players created by the engine).
As you can see, all the ratings are the same for all players, which can't possibly be working as designed. The only player with more than one point difference between L/R is Brady Harris, who is 16 in 2024 and already exists at game start (which kind of proves the point).
