The Rays picked 12th overall after last year's lousy season and grabbed freak-of-nature (and wonderfully-named) Oregon 18-year-old
Kruz Schoolcraft, a 6'8" lefty who has some Ohtani-like potential. Now he's being primarily drafted as a pitcher thanks to his 80/60/50 potential with four potential plus pitches but also can play 1B where he has 75 power potential, albeit with 45 contact at best.
As for the rest:
Blair: An 18-year-old Californian CF with 70 potential power who should be able to stick at the position.
Fulbright: A Texas high-school righty starter who has 75/60/50 potential.
Smith: A high-school SS from our backyard (Fort Myers) with potential 50 contact, 65 power, and 55 defense.
Burleson: Our high school-heavy draft continued with Tennessean and Vandy commit Burleson, who has potential off-the-charts 80 stuff but only 40 potential control and could end up a reliever.
