Player Development
I am sure I am way behind on this... maybe someone can just direct to an older post.
But, why the heck don't players develop? in 2032, my farm system is almost ENTIRELY .5 star ovr / 3 star pot.
Regardless of being drafted at 5 stars, they'll decline, and never ever actually achieve their potential. There's maybe 6 or 7 players in the league who developed from the draft or even international signing.
Seems like something I shouldn't have to play with settings to fix.
Maybe I'll just turn off drafts, international signings and auto created FAs and just let the league die off
