My question is:

Live cards ratings change during the season according the real performance of the player.
Bobby Witt is a 100 player. So I could sell him for 20.000 points. There is no need to hold him right? Or is it possible he gets a special card from the live card if he wins the MVP award or something?

So does winning an award or something bring something special to the Live Card? If not I rather sell Witt and Soto cards as soon as possible before the fall back to 90 level.
No, live perfects can only go down, so you are wise to sell before the next update. Maybe, you can get some benefit by using it in PT Live before the next update. Generally, after the season is over, there is a set of "historical" cards to honor the MLB players who had great seasons in 2024, but those are entirely new cards.
