I'm playing a game starting in 1941 and saw that a team in the Mid-Atlantic League had no text in the league's drop-down menu and has no logo or team or city name on the team page.
Basically, it's like the team decided they were going to be the Blanks.
After some research, I figured out it was the Springfield (Ohio) Cardinals. I opened the MiLBTeams document in data/stats and saw that there was some missing information for that team in 1941 (and 1942).

Is there some way I can fix this?

And in a kind-of-related question, can I set teams to a specific city in the historical files? Whenever I do an 1871 start, the Troy Haymakers are always from Troy, Michigan, when they were actually from Troy, New York; and the Middletown Mansfields are from Middletown, Ohio, rather than Middletown, Connecticut. I'd love a way to not have to keep fixing it myself in-game every time.
