I deleted a whole bunch of leagues in a save from OOTP18. I did a purge and everything I could to remove all deleted players and leagues but the leagues keep showing up

IE if I go to set any league as a feeder, all the past deleted leagues are still options in the drop down even though those leagues have been deleted long ago.
