So, for Glowing Sea to compete, it will take a while for them to develop some pitching. They have three pitchers in their organization who can be OK starters, but no future ace just yet.

TBH I just had the thought now though if we're gonna draw a real parallel, say they're the Rockies. Terrible team, but great atmosphere, able to draw people for reasons besides performance (in this case, that cool stadium chief among them, and I'm sure if we want to extend the comparison, we can think of some unique ballpark menu items which I hear is a big draw in Denver)
