Perfect is no longer a number it's a tier... Just like all the other tiers.
It'll be 100 to 109 ranger before the year is over, put it on the board. And it was a loooooong time coming. Last year Luke Appling would be the same rating as Honus Wagner and that quite frankly is just bonkers.
