In regards to TCR. Since the fielding issues with modern players out of recalc surfaced, I've been playing historical(fictional) with TCR set to 1. I'm not using recalc at all. Now I read y'all have increased the rate of talent changes. What exactly does this mean? Am I to expect Hank Aaron to turn into Tommy Aaron over night? If so, how about the option to set TCR to zero.
