In game 2 we had our ace going, Andy Araujo and after Jack Clark hit a 2 run home run in the top of the 1st, I thought we would be on our way. But Araujo did not have it at all. Mike Bordick tied it up in the 1st with a 2-run HR of his own and in the 2nd, rookie Alex Cole gave the Phillies a 3-2 with a single and then Benito Santiago made in 6-2 with a 3-run HR and that was pretty much that. We added a few, they added a few and they won game 2 9-4
Cole is a pain in the ass. He's a 22-year old rookie and unlike IRL, I think he will be able to hit for average and be a very effective lead off man. He hit .290 in 300 ab for the Phillies while stealing 65 bases.
