I reviewed it along with your "customer service" I bought your game 23rd time in 25 years and I cannot play it. When I try to install it I get the message that OOTP cannot write to the saved games file---well the saved games file is there right where it should be--I have (per OOTP instructions) uninstalled and reinstalled it at least 10 times now and all that happens is I get the same message. My requst for he;lp on forums has been greeted with "it's not our fault" and therefore obviously not your problem----but you built the game and sold it and it cannot be used----so who's fault is it ???? I am so sorry to see a once outstanding company become so lazy in trying to extend customer service----it's been that way since you sold the company !
