England - First Division
Everton have widened their league to 3 games after a 13-game lossless streak that was snapped early in the month. They've been a hot team this month, with their current 5 game winning streak being their second one this month. Their offense has been the best, but they're second in runs scored (7 runs behind Stoke). Despite some pretty bad defense at CF, Harvey Dean continues to carry the Toffees' offense, hitting .312/.373/.484 so far this year. Dean is tied in first place for team RBIs with 28, matched by SS Riley Thomas (.305/.348/.384). Their rotation took a huge blow towards the end of the month, when it was announced Everton "Coach" Taylor's shoulder was inflamed, which means he'll miss the rest of the season. Serious questions arise as to his continuation in pro baseball, with this being his age 41 season. Oscar Swan is now the rotation leader, he's got a 12-5 record so far, with a 3.15 ERA and a 1.29 WHIP.
The Blackburn Rovers have kept on going at home, and now have a 18-6-1 record at Leamington Road. This is mostly due to their rotation being the second best in the league, and with a very effective defense behind them, they've managed to allow the least runs. Their offense could use a boost in order to compete however, as the numbers show they're getting on base but not scoring. Peter Neilson (2.53 ERA, 1.24 WHIP) emerges as a surprise Pitcher of the Year contender.

England - Second Division
It's a pretty exciting race for the top 3 and the test matches. Grimsby have the best defense, and while their lineup is talented, they don't have enough runs to show for it. Rotherham's Arthur Wharton has been the best pitcher this year, and they'll be in the chase for the test matches. Ironopolis have the best offense, at least when it counts, but they have some ground to cover if they want the chance to play in the First Division next year.

Scotland - Division One
Rangers have taken a leap into first place, now securely 4 games away from a title. They have series remaining against St. Mirren and Dundee to end the season, so a sweep against St. Mirren could see them lift the trophy early. They've clearly been the best team in the league on both sides. 1B Leon Fraser is on record-breaking pace for AVG, OBP and SLG, and Benjamin Boyd will most likely lead the league in WAR for the 4th year in a row.
St. Bernard's and Celtic fight it out to avoid relegation.
