In a recent update to OOTP they pushed out an era_ballaparks file and the mod version that supports the NeL teams got overwritten.
You should reinstall the custom version to support the mod, otherwise OOTP has a bug that causes any mismatched ballparks to load with impossible ballpark factors of 0.500.
I suggest you check your NeL teams in your games to see if this is an issue.
