The problem with setups like these is that they're often full of dead artifact leagues that importing in your game can make a mess of things. I'd recommend lots of smaller sized college leagues instead of a massive one, because importing the WTP and not playing off the quickstart means you're not likely to be able to advance it because there are too many conflicts
