I received an awful trade proposal, Oakland offering 10-4 Dennis Martinez for a nobody AA player. He's 35 and a pending UFA, but he's an All-Star and could get a monster package.......so I couldn't do it.
...but I could add in a 28 year old 4-star pitcher who never has hit his potential to make it somewhat equitable. In fact, my assistant said don't do it, but Martinez was a favorite of mine IRL and he is now my #5 starter. My pitching is just unfair
