Edit two additional columns in the Teams.csv file - they are BF and PF. Add values of 100 to all the NeL team lines (at the bottom of the file). That's a backstop to the era_ballparks file being overwritten by accident (those wonky stats you got before were likely the result of that). The reason for the park factor focus is that, on import, if the era_ballparks isn't the modded one, you will get wonky imports onto the teams (a problem that doesn't exist when importing them as FA). Since we had them as free agent imports, there wasn't a need to add that Teams.csv file backstop.
I've already made a version for myself that puts them on teams which is how I found the importance of adding that Teams.csv backstop.
