Something I'm noticing in the draft. Fictional League, and I view watch the entire draft by taking control as commissioner for each team, and Using the Scouting Director Recommendation feature to view the differences by team.

I don't think this feature is working properly. The different scouting directors will mostly recommend the same player. There is some variation in recommendation based on position (recommend a starting pitcher vs a batter, or catcher, infielder, outfielder). Here's where I don't think the feature is working. I'm seeing several examples like this: Scouting Director recommends a catcher (A) - this is the same catcher other SD's in prior rounds have recommended. However, when viewing/sorting catchers by the Scouting Director's overall rankings (potential, etc): Catcher B and/or Catcher C are clearly rated higher by the SD - so why is Catcher A coming up as the recommendation?

It's as if the SD recommendation is defaulting to one 'set' or one SD's rankings, and not really tailoring to that SD's rankings/recommendations.

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I missing a setting/combination somewhere?

Note: fictional league, I have not installed the latest patch 25 yet (on previous patch). Again: very limited recommendation changes seem to mostly be based on position preference (never choosing one SS over another for instance, which used to occur in previous versions).
