I have copies of almost every zip file on my Baseball Card page (see my signature). If you go to the Old Judge card template page, you should now be able to download it. I have not tried it in any recent versions of OOTP, so I can't vouch that it'll still work.

I haven't made my personal copy of all of them available for download (it's just a bunch of work), but feel free to hit me up for any where the existing links don't work anymore and I'll get my site updated.
