I need help with a timing issue with a historical league Expansion Draft. We are in the beginning of the 1968 off-season, and the League Schedule has the expansion draft being held in 1969, vs. when Free Agency begins in November 1968. This would mean that teams could sign players in Free Agency, and then lost them in the Expansion Draft later on, if they don't protect them. Ideally the Expansion Draft would be held the same day as Free Agency begins.

I have tried to go in and edit the League Schedule, but it will not allow me to move the Expansion Draft Protection List and Draft into 1968, unless I manually create League dates. The issue with creating new league dates is that while the events can happen, there is no action created for each team to set their Expansion Draft Protected Player List in game. Any ideas how someone can find that List/page in game, when it does not appear in the 'MLB' column menu?
