It is funny though when OOTP teams do that. Some of those AI GMs just love to wheel and deal

Glowing Sea has done what all four franchises have done: moved up their prospects immediately. As a new team, they did not have a lot of talent up and down the board. Therefore, many of their high picks are already on the team or got moved.
What the Radscorpions do have are a bunch of talented outfielders, so making some offseason moves should help them in other spots. Montgomery and Arakaki are already in star status. They also have four LFs expected to develop into the "good range": Jannar Arbor (39/67) who was the 2312 #1 overall pick, Alloy Jordan (52/61), Pie Trainer (42/58), and Shad the Lad Lambisky (49/57). They also have a developing CF in the minors in Natick Inhousing (44/51).
While I whittle away at my new league during the CBO offseason, I will also make it a point to look at teams and see what moves make sense for them. Glowing Sea moving some of those OFs to tighten up their pitching depth could mean a lot to their continued success. It is highly unlikely Ryan Dennislynch ever matches his 18-3 season.
