Concept Squads
Using the Concept Squads you can create and sketch your future squads without having them as an actual squad in your club. This squads are only for planning and can have players from FIFA 23 database that you don’t even own. For more details, go to FIFA 23 Concept Squad.
Use Concept Squads as a planning tool. Every player in FUT 23 has a concept version that can be added to your Squad. They are only for planning and cannot be used in matches or trading. Add Concept Players to see how you can improve your favourite squads. Squads containing Concept Players cannot be used for a match. Selecting a Concept Player will you the option to quickly search for the player on the Transfer Market.

With the ability to view fully unowned cards and chem relationships, it would allow essentially the same thing within OOTP. "Conceptualized rosters"
Using the roster builder, there could be an allowance to add any player including unowned. Any roster adding a card unowned would effectively be a 'concept roster' so you can view its fully formulated chemistry... set the lineups, confirm position coverage, set strategies but not be able to actually use it in a tournament of course. However this helps you plan a roster and target the players you need to search out in the market.
This would have been extremely handy during the last ptms4 where you had to consider if you wanted to go chemistry or some other build strategy... you had to add misc combis that you did own (assuming you owned enough in the qualifying criteria) to try viewing cc cardtype chem accumulation. You also had to add players you did own with a matching overall of a prospective card you might want to buy while trying to view the cap allocation in a tight cap. All these problems would be solved, i.e. if you could of just added 15 75 overall combis of your choice and the big 6 perfects and middle pieces to see what they looked like. Once you had your "concept roster" imagined, you could then add to your watchlist and start looking for the cards you needed to buy.
