Flags
I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'm having a very frustrating problem. I started a new universe and I downloaded Chris Conn's fictional stiffs. They come with several new nations, but I can't get the flags to show up.
Chris' original files are no longer available, but I've gotten PNG files of the flags that are 20x30 and put them in the images/flags folder. Nothing is happening, though.
I'm guessing there's something going on with the DAT files, but I don't know what.
