Tried live start multiple times at multiple dates, while also lowering the # of IFA's spawned, and I'm still seeing like 20 players at 80+ or better. This obviously strikes me as abnormal, and am wondering if this is intended behavior. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide insight on this.
