I once had a guy super-dev after a UCL tear in an online league ... came back at 24, threw a no-no in June and a month later tore his UCL again and it was an immediate career ender. I have rarely seen a pitcher have an injury like that and have a long career. Currently I have a starter who had a UCL tear and came back fragile and with his stamina gutted. But he has, at 25, become a fearsome stopper. Every night that league sims I fear a future career ender though.
