No. Reduce the card limit to keep people from hoarding cards in order to inflate prices. Also, reduce the per-card limit to five. You've got five already, you should be locked out from buying more. Yes, this will negatively impact live spec, but so be it. Live spec is and always was a loophole.
Like the idea about sliders, though.
