That is a bizarre one, not unlike a game I had several years ago where a "2-way" player was put in as a #5 hitting pitcher/DH Ohtani style despite having a .474 career OPS and terrible hitting ratings.
Meanwhile, I am currently doing a non-DH league and if I don't manually readjust it, Ohtani hits eighth or ninth.
