It all depends on your player. If you see <5 you might not see a change unless it breaks into the next round up to the next 5.
However, the devs are going to tell you exactly what i am going to tell you, because
this is what they have told me. Do not try and compare what you see on the players profile page. You need to compare in game editor numbers before and after.
So, here is how you do just that:
- Watch the time left for your programs
- when you get close to the last day, open your players profile and click on edit (you must be able to use commish mode)
- Go to the correct section, if batter, under batting ratings, if pitcher under pitcher ratings, if defense under batter ratings.
- Take a screenshot of the numbers
- Go forward to the day the programs complete and do the same process above.
These numbers, in the editor, are going to show you the changes in real time. Sometimes, a potential boost might not change, it mainly only does this on pitches as the potential for pitches works differently than say, control potential. However, the current for pitches works and will show.
So, wait a day or 2 before the programs end, take some screenshots of the player editor numbers, and then compare after. This is the only way, in real time, to see the changes because the player profile page is not going to show the subtle changes but the editor will show all changes (except pitch potential as that is handled differently)
