Aside from Baty, I guess Stearns is talking about Ryan Clifford, who posted a decent .815 as a Rumble Pony while playing mostly 1B (even though he was billed as an outfielder before we got him in the Verlander trade). Nice enough (21 years old this year, a lefty), but my heart isn't exactly going pitty-pat.
